Develop, maintain and enhance workforce reporting frameworks, dashboards and scorecards to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Extract, clean, validate and maintain data from multiple systems, including HRIS, finance, rostering and learning platforms.

Analyse trends, variances and workforce KPIs to generate actionable insights for HR, operational leaders and transformation teams.
