This part-time position focuses on operationalizing the Future Workforce strategy, enhancing people analytics, and supporting informed decision-making. You'll be responsible for

Leading workforce planning

Lead the development and implementation of strategic workforce plans aligned to AP+'s business priorities and future capability needs.
🛠️

Embedding frameworks

Design and embed workforce planning frameworks, methodologies and governance that improve workforce decision-making across the organisation.

Delivering analytics

Deliver meaningful people, culture and workforce analytics, dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights to executives and business leaders.
