Independently own and execute full renewal workflows across assigned Regional Accounts.

Closing renewals

Defend the existing customer base by driving timely, accurate renewal execution with minimal guidance.

Monitoring auto renewal status

Monitor account auto renewal settings and intervene when auto renewals are disabled to prevent churn, applying data analysis and judgment.

Key criteria

📅

2-4 years in renewals or sales

Experience managing high volume renewal cycles in software or SaaS environments.
