You'll be responsible for

Managing account growth
Driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities within your book of business to meet or exceed sales targets.š
Owning the renewal process
Proactively engaging clients ahead of contract expiration to discuss goals, performance, and ensure continued value from the platform.š
Identifying expansion opportunities
Spotting and closing opportunities to introduce clients to additional SevenRooms features, integrations, and services that support their growth.Key criteria
