You'll be responsible for

Driving outbound engagement

Drive proactive outbound engagement with Lumi’s existing customer base to uncover refinancing and utilisation opportunities.

Conducting quality conversations

Conduct quality conversations to re-engage customers, identify funding needs, and position Lumi solutions effectively.

Collaborating with internal teams

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Credit) to streamline campaigns and ensure smooth approval processes.
