You'll be responsible for

Managing accounts

Overseeing a portfolio of 600+ tradie customers, ensuring their needs are met and subscriptions are renewed.
🎯

Hitting daily targets

Making at least 60 dials or 2.5 hours of talk time daily to achieve revenue targets through upselling and renewals.

Building relationships

Engaging with tradie customers to understand their businesses and help them succeed through our platform.

Proven experience in a high-volume call centre environment.
