Hire, coach, and develop a team of Acquisition Sales Representatives while creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.🎯

Deliver against ambitious merchant acquisition targets and drive pipeline generation while ensuring strong activation of new merchants.🔄
Running the funnel end to end
Own the full acquisition funnel from lead generation through to first trip, identifying gaps and implementing changes to improve conversion.Key criteria
