You'll be responsible for

Assisting with finance tasks
Supporting accounts payable and receivable, managing WIP and debtor accounts, and overseeing trust account administration.🏢
Managing office operations
Coordinating office management tasks, ensuring a clean and organised workspace, and handling building maintenance issues.🗂️
Providing general administrative support
Responding to daily requests from the admin team and assisting with ad hoc tasks as directed by the Finance & Administration Manager.Key criteria

5+ years in administration
Experience supporting finance and administration functions in a professional setting.View
