You'll be responsible for

Coordinating meetings and events
Coordinate activities pertaining to meetings and events including attendance, agenda, hand out materials, venue and catering for project activities and act as minute taker for meetings.📦
Managing logistics
Support the team in managing the logistics behind the various departments within Primary Care programs, training, peer reviews and other development activities.🗓️
Maintaining diaries
Ensure effective utilisation of the Head of Unit and Operation Manager’s time by maintaining diary, arranging appointments and responding to invitations.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.View
