You'll be responsible for

Coordinating rosters
Maintaining and rolling over staff rosters in alignment with the master roster, managing daily staff replacements, and ensuring Care Minute compliance.🧾
Managing payroll
Approving daily timesheets, finalising payroll submissions, and collating shift allocation sheets for payroll processing.🏠
Supporting resident admissions
Preparing Resident Applications for Entry and managing admission enquiries and processes for Permanent and Respite care.Key criteria

Strong rostering experience
Demonstrated experience managing staff rosters in Residential Aged Care.View
