You'll be responsible for

Conducting inspections
Ensuring compliance with the Building Act 1993 and Building Regulations 2018.⚖️
Investigating complaints
Taking appropriate enforcement action on unsafe building works.📝
Supporting the Municipal Building Surveyor
Assisting with report and consent applications and writing legal briefs.Key criteria

Registered Building Practitioner - Building Inspector
Valid registration to ensure compliance with building regulations.View

Experience in building inspections
