You'll be responsible for

Conducting inspections
Ensure compliance with the Building Act 1993 and Building Regulations 2018.⚖️
Investigating complaints
Address unsafe building works and take appropriate enforcement action.📝
Supporting the Municipal Building Surveyor
Assist with report and consent applications and writing legal briefs for court matters.Key criteria

Registered Building Practitioner
Possession of valid registration as a Building Inspector.View
