Guidepoint’s Business Development teams are passionate about expanding their reach with both new and existing clients. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in building relationships and communicating how Guidepoint helps clients stay informed and make better business decisions. This exciting opportunity allows you to learn more about the institutional investment industry while contributing significantly to the business model.

You'll be responsible for

Conducting outbound prospecting

Qualifying new business leads and helping to source new business opportunities.

Partnering with senior sales team members

Scheduling meetings with new prospects and managing client feedback calls to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.

Meeting designated prospecting and meeting targets

Achieving goals through cold calling and other lead generation efforts.
