About the job

As a Business Development Manager in BOQ’s Third Party Broker Unit, you will play a vital role in enhancing our broker distribution channel. This job is all about building strong relationships with brokers and helping drive sustainable home loan growth while ensuring customer retention. The team thrives on collaboration and values a proactive approach to achieving both financial and non-financial objectives.

You'll be responsible for

Building relationships

Developing meaningful, trusted relationships with accredited brokers and aggregator partners.

Promoting lending solutions

Confidently sharing the BOQ story and promoting lending solutions to brokers.

Representing BOQ at events

Being the face of BOQ at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
