Manage service requests and enquiries from the public in accordance with Service Level Agreements, ensuring that telephone enquiries from residents/ratepayers are answered promptly in a polite and helpful manner.🖊️
Providing clerical support
Provide clerical support including word processing, agenda preparation, and minute taking.💻
Maintaining databases
