Representing the Dovida brand with warmth and professionalism in all interactions, building trust with clients, caregivers, and the wider community.

Managing communications

Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a friendly, knowledgeable manner, including out-of-hours support and emergency scheduling when required.

Documenting information

Accurately capturing and documenting detailed information from incoming calls to ensure smooth handover to the scheduling team.
