As a Cloud Account Executive within the Service Cloud team, you will be at the forefront of selling the world's #1 platform application for Service. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with Enterprise accounts in the NSW market, driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships. You'll be responsible for

Developing and implementing sales campaigns

Create successful Service & Support sales campaigns for clients' contact/call/service centers.

Creating new leads

Personally create new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others in qualifying leads & sales opportunities.

Exceeding sales quotas

Run a full sales cycle to address client problems and transform their business related to contact center needs.

Skills you'll need

Customer Service and Call Center Solutions

Extensive background selling Customer Service, Call Center solutions or Field Service.

Prospecting Skills

Minimum 5 years plus of experience with selling technology solutions.

Strong background selling software/SaaS with outstanding quota attainment history and track record.
