You'll be responsible for

Overseeing Club Lounge operations

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge, ensuring high service standards during all service periods.
🤝

Delivering personalized guest experiences

Providing proactive and personalized service to all Club Lounge guests, focusing on IHG One Rewards members and VIP guests.
👩‍🏫

Leading and supporting the team

Coaching, mentoring, and supervising Club Lounge Attendants to foster a positive team culture aligned with IHG values.

Key criteria

🍽️

Food and beverage experience

Minimum 2 years in premium hotel or hospitality environment.
