Developing a deep understanding of the Semrush technology portfolio and the competitive landscape to better serve clients.

Collaborating with senior-level decision-makers

Working closely with Executive, Product, Sales, and other senior-level decision-makers to drive strategic client relationships.

Conducting internal training and client interactions

Preparing and conducting demos, hosting webinars, and interacting with clients to ensure product understanding and satisfaction.

Key criteria

Technical pre/post-sales experience

5+ years in technical pre/post-sales or sales engineering.

Relevant degree or equivalent experience

B.S. degree in engineering or similar field preferred.

SaaS or DaaS experience

Proven experience in SaaS or DaaS environments.
