You'll be responsible for

Facilitating concessions process

Facilitating the entire back end of the Concessions process and acting as an administrative authority for the state of Western Australia.

Transferring property ownership

Transferring ownership of properties at the point of sale and ensuring settlement agents are provided with up-to-date billing and customer information.
📞

Engaging with customers

Engaging with customers to explain settlement accounts and maintaining accurate customer records.
