You'll be responsible for

Processing concession applications

Processing pensioner/senior concession applications and cancellations.
⚙️

Resolving anomalies

Action and resolve anomalies/rejections arising from Settlement Agents conveyancing requests and queries.
👥

Supporting customer groups

Supporting critical processes for some of our largest customer groups – Concession holders, Settlement agents and new homeowners.

Demonstrated experience ensuring high accuracy in data entry.
