You'll be responsible for

Assisting customers
Providing face-to-face support, handling enquiries, sourcing parts, and updating customers on backorders.📦
Supporting warehousing tasks
Engaging in picking, packing, and put-aways, as well as performing daily stock replenishment and assisting with stock takes.💳
Processing transactions
Managing customer purchases through cash, card, and account transactions while maintaining showroom displays and stock rotations.Skills you'll need

Customer service experience
Experience in a trade store or retail environment, showcasing strong customer service skills with a genuine 'customer-first' approach.🗣️
