You'll be responsible for

Assisting customers

Providing face-to-face support, handling enquiries, sourcing parts, and updating customers on backorders.

Supporting warehousing tasks

Engaging in picking, packing, and put-aways, as well as performing daily stock replenishment and assisting with stock takes.

Processing transactions

Managing customer purchases through cash, card, and account transactions while maintaining showroom displays and stock rotations.

Customer service experience

Experience in a trade store or retail environment, showcasing strong customer service skills with a genuine 'customer-first' approach.
