You'll be responsible for

Delivering administrative support to commercial activities and customers/patients, including contract management and interfaces with customer organizations and payors.

Maintaining product knowledge

Keeping detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services to better assist customers.

Liaising with staff

Collaborating with sales and technical staff to ensure they are informed about customer needs and inquiries.

5+ years of experience in general office practice.
