Supervising and supporting Customer Service Representatives in daily operations, allocating workloads, and managing team rosters to ensure optimal coverage while creating a positive, high-performing, customer-focused team culture.

Customer service & issue resolution

Managing customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Performance & development

Monitoring team performance against service standards and KPIs, providing coaching and regular feedback to drive continuous improvement, and supporting onboarding and development of new team members.
