Creating and sustaining positive relationships with customers and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Suggesting methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers, driving continuous improvement.

Key criteria

👥

Customer service leadership experience

1-2 years' experience leading a customer service team.

Experience in manufacturing or trade

Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or building products preferred.

Proficiency in ERP or CRM systems

Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is highly regarded.
