You'll be responsible for

Understand and actively participate in the contact centre market, addressing customer challenges and emerging technology trends.

Designing solutions

Match platform strengths to customer needs and design best-fit solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Building relationships

Actively work across the enterprise to build effective relationships and partnerships that solve challenges for customers.

Skills you'll need

CX platform knowledge

Strong working knowledge of CX platforms such as Genesys, NICE, AWS Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cognigy, and Nuance, with the ability to help customers understand how to get the best from them.

Relationship building

Ability to create meaningful, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Commercial acumen

A knack for designing creative commercial solutions that deliver ROI, demonstrating a strong understanding of business needs and outcomes.
