You'll be responsible for

Understanding and participating in the contact centre market

Actively engage with the contact centre market to understand customer challenges and emerging technology trends, matching platform strengths to customer needs.

Developing innovative implementation approaches

Design best-fit solutions and change management strategies that uplift experiences for customers, employees, and the organisation.

Building effective relationships and partnerships

Work collaboratively across the enterprise to solve challenges and unlock new opportunities for our customers.

Skills you'll need

Strong working knowledge of CX platforms

Ability to help customers understand how to get the best from platforms like Genesys, NICE, AWS Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cognigy, and Nuance.

Commercial acumen

A knack for designing creative commercial solutions that deliver ROI for customers.
