Developing and tracking the progress of a Customer Success Plan, conducting regular business reviews, and proactively monitoring customer utilization to drive product adoption.

Account Management & Retention & Growth

Serving as the primary post-sales contact, managing renewals, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue.
