You'll be responsible for

Owning customer portfolios
You will own the success of a portfolio of complex commercial buildings, building strong relationships with asset managers and operations teams through technical insight and delivery.⚙️
Overseeing platform delivery
Oversee how CIM’s PEAK platform is configured and used across customer portfolios, ensuring alerts and workflows reflect real-world system behaviour.🔧
Providing technical leadership
Provide technical leadership across HVAC, BMS, and building systems, guiding root-cause analysis and issue prioritisation across portfolios.Key criteria

6+ years in HVAC or building services
Proven experience in HVAC, BMS, or energy roles is essential.View
