As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that CIM’s platform is embedded into the operations and maintenance of customer portfolios. The team values collaboration and innovation, working closely with various departments to deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement in building performance.

You'll be responsible for

🏢

Owning customer portfolios

You will own the success of a portfolio of complex commercial buildings, building strong relationships with asset managers and operations teams through technical insight and delivery.
⚙️

Overseeing platform delivery

Oversee how CIM’s PEAK platform is configured and used across customer portfolios, ensuring alerts and workflows reflect real-world system behaviour.
🔧

Providing technical leadership

Provide technical leadership across HVAC, BMS, and building systems, guiding root-cause analysis and issue prioritisation across portfolios.

Key criteria

🏢

6+ years in HVAC or building services

Proven experience in HVAC, BMS, or energy roles is essential.
