The SAP Business Data Cloud Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a vital position within the Data & AI area, focusing on helping customers maximize their use of SAP BDC across various projects. This job is all about building strong relationships with customers, particularly with CXOs and technical decision-makers, to ensure they successfully adopt and consume SAP's cloud solutions. The team values collaboration, innovation, and a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to meaningful growth.

You'll be responsible for

Generating demand for cloud business

Innovatively generating ideas for consumed ACV demand generation to drive growth, safeguard renewals, and minimize churn for successful cloud business.

Building customer partnerships

Proactively partnering with customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BDC, coordinating activities with the Account Team to align SAP solutions with customer business objectives.

Driving innovation and strategy

Driving innovation through the introduction of AI and digital modalities, while orchestrating resources across SAP, partners, and customers to optimize customer success.

Skills you'll need

📊

Industry experience in Data and Analytics

Having 10+ years of industry experience working directly in Data and Analytics, with knowledge of SAP BDC & SAP AI.
☁️

Cloud software solutions expertise

Deep understanding of cloud software solutions, delivery models, and challenges, with experience in complex global transformation programs.
🗣️

Excellent communication skills

Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
