Helping customers
Customer Architects should help customers, prospects, and internal teams to answer the 'how' questions around best practice use of the product that takes into account our customer's unique situations and goals.🔗
Collaborating across teams
Customer Architects will work closely across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to provide technical know-how and frameworks that solve common customer problems.📚
Driving technical training
Help drive an engaging and results-driven technical training curriculum, working closely with the training team to formalize this wherever possible.Key criteria

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Possession of a relevant degree or practical experience.View

6+ years in a technical role
