About the job

This job is about joining RACV’s End User Computing team to provide essential desktop support to over 2,500 staff across Australia. By ensuring that critical systems and services run smoothly, you will play a vital role in enhancing the technology experience for RACV employees. The team values collaboration and a commitment to high-quality service delivery, creating a supportive environment for everyone involved.

You'll be responsible for

Providing Level 2 desktop support

Deliver high-quality support across managed Windows 11 environments and Microsoft Office applications.

Supporting meeting room technology

Coordinate vendor escalation for issues that cannot be resolved internally, ensuring smooth operations.
⚙️

Managing incidents and service requests

Handle incidents and service requests within agreed service levels to maintain efficiency.

Key criteria

Microsoft technology stack experience

Proven experience with Intune, SCCM, Azure, and Active Directory.
