You'll be responsible for

Providing end user support

Deliver onsite and remote hardware and software support to APAC staff across Windows and Mac environments, managing requests in a timely and measurable way.

Managing device and fleet

Handle proactive maintenance, patching, upgrades, installations, and repairs across the laptop fleet.
📦

Coordinating IT onboarding and offboarding

Manage account and email setup via Active Directory and O365, plus laptop builds for new starters and leavers.

IT support experience

3+ years in service desk or desktop support roles.
