You'll be responsible for

Finding new sites
Using industry connections, real estate knowledge and experience to actively find new sites in VIC (freehold or leasehold).📋
Evaluating sites
Assessing and evaluating the feasibility, suitability and potential of each site is a key responsibility.⚖️
Managing property acquisition
Managing the end-to-end property acquisition (or leasing) process, including working with the legal team and external consultants to negotiate deals.Key criteria

Real estate development degree
Degree in Real Estate Development or related field.View

Property acquisition experience
