This job is about leading and scaling the dual-engine pipeline strategy for Australia and New Zealand at Simpro. The impact of this role is significant, as it connects Marketing demand generation with Sales revenue targets, ensuring that every lead is maximized and every key account is targeted. You'll be responsible for

Leading bifurcated management

Lead and develop two distinct workstreams (Inbound and Outbound), tailoring coaching, playbooks, and KPIs to the unique requirements of each role.
🚀

Optimizing inbound motion

Own the MQL to SQL and MQL to Closed-Won conversion rates, ensuring high-quality handoffs to AEs.
📊

Driving outbound motion

Drive high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting against Strategic Accounts and Named Account lists.

5+ years of leadership experience

Demonstrated experience managing BDR/SDR teams for inbound and outbound motions.
