As an End User Support Specialist at Vanguard, you will provide intermediate level technical support to our critical Trade Floor operations. This job is all about making a difference by delivering responsive, personalized, and expert support for technology-related issues that impact our Trade Floor Crew. You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support

Delivering intermediate level technical support to address end user issues such as implementation, configurations, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.

Resolving technical issues

Resolving moderately complex technical troubleshooting issues to ensure end user productivity.

Consulting with clients

Providing consultation with clients and key stakeholders on potential technical issues or problems that may affect end user productivity.

Key criteria

3+ years of technology support experience

Proven experience in technology support roles enhances problem-solving capabilities.
