You'll be responsible for

Coordinating meetings

Collaborate with client and media partner Executive Assistants to coordinate meetings, events, and key engagements.

Managing communications

Support the preparation and drafting of agency-wide communications, invitations, and announcements for clients and media partners.

Travel logistics coordination

Coordinate all travel logistics, including domestic flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
