Managing complex diaries across multiple time zones to ensure efficient scheduling for the Senior Directors.✈️
Coordinating travel and expenses
Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses to support the team’s operational needs.🤝
Stakeholder engagement
Managing internal and external stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary contact for coordinating APRA visits and overseeing logistics.Key criteria

3-5 years of executive support experience
