You'll be responsible for

Managing diaries and inboxes

Overseeing diary and inbox management across competing priorities, including last-minute schedule changes and pivots.

Coordinating meetings

Coordinating board meetings, executive meetings, and local and interstate conferences.
👥

Leading administrative team

Leading an administrative team to assist and develop, ensuring tasks such as events and travel are being completed effectively.

Key criteria

📅

3+ years of administrative experience

Demonstrated experience in administration or personal assistant support.

Ability to build trust and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
