Managing calendars
Management of calendars identifying links between current commitments and on-going responsibilities, and anticipating and planning for future needs.📝
Preparing documentation
Preparation of documentation as requested by Executive Support Manager, including agendas, PowerPoint presentations and development of Excel documents.✈️
Organising meetings and travel
Organise and manage travel arrangements for the MD&CEO, EGM Group General Counsel and Ampol Board, including expense management using Concur.Key criteria

Executive-level administrative support experience
Demonstrated experience in complex executive environments.View
