You'll be responsible for

Providing high-level administrative support
Delivering comprehensive administrative, executive, and governance support to the Executive Officer, CEO, and Board, including coordinating meetings and managing documentation.✈️
Coordinating calendars and logistics
Managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense claims, and logistics for Executives and Board members.🤝
Supporting stakeholder engagement
Facilitating racing industry engagement activities, including consultation meetings and stakeholder communications.Key criteria

3-5 years of executive support experience
Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support.View

Experience with governance processes
