You'll be responsible for

Managing front-of-house operations

Serve as primary FOH contact, managing visitor registration via EMS, issuing passes, and ensuring a professional first impression.

Coordinating meetings and events

Set up and reset meeting rooms, including food/beverage service and operable wall adjustments.

Supervising vendor coordination

Supervise on-site contractors and coordinate vendor access for service visits.
