Leading a team of Fraud/Scam Analysts on day-to-day activities, ensuring that tasks are prioritised and completed accurately in a timely manner.

Coaching and mentoring

Coaching and mentoring staff through ongoing guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback, building capability in fraud/scam investigative practices.
🛠️

Enhancing prevention tools

Leading and championing the development and enhancement of fraud and scam prevention tools and technologies to improve the control environment.

Demonstrated experience in investigating fraud and scam matters.
