You'll be responsible for

Leading fraud/scam investigations

Leading a team of Fraud/Scam Analysts to ensure timely and high-quality investigation outcomes by setting priorities and allocating resources.
🌱

Coaching and mentoring

Coaching and mentoring staff through ongoing guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback to build capability in fraud/scam investigative practices.
🛠️

Enhancing prevention tools

Leading and championing the development and enhancement of fraud and scam prevention tools and technologies to improve the control environment.
