You'll be responsible for

Leading a team

Leading the Fraud/Scam Analyst(s) on day-to-day activities, ensuring that tasks are prioritised and completed accurately in a timely manner.
🌱

Coaching and mentoring

Coaching and mentoring staff through ongoing guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback, building capability in fraud/scam investigative practices.
🔎

Overseeing investigations

Overseeing complex investigations, supporting the team during peak demand, conducting quality assurance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
