Set and continuously enhance the Operational Resilience Framework and strategy, aligned to business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.📊
Reporting and assurance
Provide clear reporting and assurance to Executive Leadership, the Board, and Committees on resilience posture, key risks, and remediation priorities.🏛️
Engaging with regulators
Lead engagement with regulators on operational resilience matters to ensure compliance and best practices.Key criteria

Operational resilience experience
10+ years in operational risk or resilience within financial services.View
