Managing implementation projects
Independently managing multiple concurrent implementation projects for customers across SMB, Mid-Market to Sub-Enterprise segments🤝
Owning customer relationships
Owning the customer relationship from point of sale through go-live, acting as the primary trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey🔍
Leading discovery sessions
Leading discovery across various Bob modules, capturing customer requirements, implementation objectives, and providing best-practice guidance on how to configure the platform to align with customer needs and ensure a smooth, successful deployment of the Bob platformWhat we're looking for

5+ years of professional experience
