Conducting assessments
Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored support or safety plans in response to immediate needs and risks.🏠
Delivering services
Deliver person-centred services in line with The Salvation Army’s National Homelessness Model of Care.🔗
Linking clients
Link clients with essential community services and long-term support systems.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.View

Experience in Initial Assessment and Planning
Recent experience in crisis intervention within community services.View
