As an Intake Worker with Anglicare Sydney's Emotional Wellbeing for Older Persons program, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives and supporting communities. This job is all about providing compassionate intake, triage, and referral services to older individuals and their families, ensuring they receive the emotional wellbeing support they need. You'll be responsible for

📞

Receiving and processing referrals

Receive and process referrals received by phone, email and online systems in line with EWOP intake processes.

Completing initial information gathering

Complete initial information gathering and screening using established assessment tools and processes.
📋

Managing a small caseload

Manage a small low-complexity caseload and provide basic case coordination under appropriate supervision.

Experience in intake and administration

Proven experience in intake processes and administrative support.
