You'll be responsible for

Receiving and processing referrals
Receive and process referrals received by phone, email and online systems in line with EWOP intake processes.🔍
Completing initial information gathering
Complete initial information gathering and screening using established assessment tools and processes.📋
Managing a small caseload
Manage a small low-complexity caseload and provide basic case coordination under appropriate supervision.Key criteria
