Managing a team of IT Systems Engineers
Overseeing a team that handles end-user support, SaaS platform administration, identity and access management, and automation while remaining hands-on yourself.⚖️
Owning day-to-day IT operations
Balancing security, compliance, and employee experience while managing workload and prioritisation across support and projects.🚀
Leading IT projects
Driving initiatives including AI projects and system improvements while managing vendors and software licensing.Key criteria

Technical leadership experience
Proven experience leading a small technical team.View
